Keep in mind that if you accidentally delete the Big Boss repository, you cannot re-add it by typing the URL.
It’s installed by default and you have to tap “More Package Sources” on the Cydia homepage in order to add it again.#2 Mod Myi Mod Myi is another huge repos, which contains a huge number of themes, wallpapers, ringtones and all kind of tweaks and mods you need to customize an i Phone, i Pad or i Pod Touch.
If you get a size mismatch error, like I got this morning from the Big Boss repository after trying to install a free tweak that was just updated, you can easily fix the problem by removing the affected repository from your list of Cydia sources and then adding it back to your device so your device can re-load it.
Because Big Boss is one of the default repositories in Cydia, and not a third-party one that you’ve added by yourself, it cannot be added to Cydia like most other third-party repositories are. Here are the steps to remove and re-add a default repository like Big Boss in Cydia: 1) Launch the Cydia app from your Home screen and open the Sources tab.
Although I strongly recommend that users avoid using the current Yalu jailbreak for i OS 10.1.x, if you have already used it to jailbreak your device then make sure to install the latest build of Cydia. Step 1: Open the Cydia app on your jailbroken device. Step 3: Once the new source has been added and Cydia refreshes, you should see three new available upgrades in the Changes tab.
These are labelled as “Cydia Installer”, “Debian Package” and “Tape Archive”.
It could be that you refreshed your sources just as the package was being updated on the repository it’s being hosted from, or it could have just been a network fluke.
Whatever the cause was, your Cydia app now has a corrupted cache and you have to live with it until Cydia is able to refresh the cache (which can take up to 24 hours until the repo refreshes once again).
The issue can occur when Cydia tries to fully refresh its sources at the time of a repository sync, and I’m sure some of you have probably stumbled upon this same error one time or another. You can actually remove and re-add the affected repository to your list of Cydia sources, and this will force Cydia to remove and re-add everything related to that repository, including the cache, immediately. This gives you a refreshed Cydia cache and can fix a size mismatch error. After jailbreaking, we have the Cydia app and many preinstalled cydia sources. They are all awesome with a lot of cool tweaks, nice themes…But if you want to get more interesting stuff including free paid tweaks and cracked apps, you have to add new sources (repos) to Cydia.Users who’ve jailbroken their i OS 10.1.x devices using the Yalu jailbreak have been facing a number of issues with Cydia.
